Our school name is Agrupamento de Escolas Nuno de Santa Maria.

 

We live in Tomar, it is about 120 km from Lisbon - the capital of Portugal. We have nearly 2200 pupils from 3 to 18 years old from Kindergarten to high school, we have also Special education programs (speech and language, and mixer disorders in Pre-School and learning disabilities in School) and a Special Unity for autistic children. We have also a multimedia graduation for pupils.

Our school teachers (about 150) are very active and responsible. They try to find different possibilities of social inclusion for our special students, student with social problems. In our school students have possibility in learning to dance, learning music and drama lessons.
